During a Sprint 0, we map everything: from the way information flows now, to the bottlenecks that slow down or frustrate on a daily basis. We listen, ask questions and bring the different parts of the process back to the core.

From there, we design a solution that really suits your organisation. Sometimes that's an internal portal that helps employees work in a structured way. Sometimes it's an automated workflow that knows exactly when something needs to happen and takes care of it, without intervention. 1: Creating insights with Sprint 0

Every collaboration starts with a Sprint 0. In this phase, we map all processes together: who does what, when, and why? We identify bottlenecks, obsolete steps and manual work that can be better automated. Here, we look not only at technology, but also at people and their working methods. The goal: clear insight into how things are going now and where improvements can be made.

We then translate the existing processes into logical workflows that do exactly what is needed, without detours. Think intake flows, approval processes or automatic status updates. To work really efficiently, it is important that systems communicate well with each other. We integrate existing tools with new solutions and build API links or middleware where necessary.
